Use a compatible IP camera with a stream URL reachable by your CamBackup installation. Camera network setup may be required before the connection test succeeds.
CamBackup accepts compatible RTSP and HTTP stream URLs. Enter your camera’s URL and run the connection test before saving it. Support depends on the stream format and network configuration.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops new cloud recordings immediately. It does not restart the free trial.
Pricing is per camera, per month. You can have different plans for different cameras — for example, your front door on the Pro 30-day plan and your backyard on the Starter 7-day plan. Each camera is billed independently, so you only pay for what you need.
Cancellation stops new recordings immediately. You can still sign in and view existing recordings while they remain within the applicable storage retention period. Download important clips before cancelling; cancellation does not extend their retention.
