No hardware required. CamBackup works entirely in the cloud. You only need your existing IP camera and an internet connection. We connect to your camera remotely using standard protocols like RTSP and ONVIF.

CamBackup supports over 1000 IP camera models from brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink, Axis, Bosch, and many more. Any camera that supports RTSP, HTTP streaming, or ONVIF will work. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll check for you.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Pricing is per camera, per month. You can have different plans for different cameras — for example, your front door on the Pro 30-day plan and your backyard on the Starter 7-day plan. Each camera is billed independently, so you only pay for what you need.

When you cancel, you'll retain access to your account and recordings until the end of your billing period. After that, recordings are deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading any important clips before canceling.
